Planning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Colfax. Planning Commission is scheduled to meet the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30PM in at City Hall Council chambers.

Members of Planning Commission are asked to serve on a voluntary basis by the City Mayor and are approved by the City Council.
